Hi! I’m Adrian Kaim, a doctoral student in Doctoral School of Wrocław University of Science and Technology and a member of Laboratory for Electrical Properties of Semiconductors. I’m doing research on photodetectors based on pyrophototronic effect. My professional interest include optoelectronics, photovoltaics and electrical measurements of semiconductors’ properties.
